iSolved Implements New Resources and Features to Support Employers through COVID-19 Pandemic

iSolved HCM, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, has responded quickly to the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation with support, tools and resources to help customers through these uncertain times.

The iSolved platform was designed to be exceptionally nimble, so that it can be configured rapidly to accommodate legislative changes as they are enacted. iSolved’s ability to be agile has allowed it to immediately deploy the changes needed for Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act and the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).

In addition, iSolved HCM released a COVID-19 resource center for employers that includes details around the pandemic, tips for employers as they manage the changes associated with the situation, and updates about legislation that impacts their business and operations. Teams within iSolved are tasked with constantly monitoring guidance provided by health organizations, local and federal government leaders, and others involved in the situation. Those individuals respond to the needs, implementing features within the platform to manage legislative shifts and available support.
